Among the services we provide are Engineering & Project Management and Human Resources Services, including recruiting, outsourcing and manpower consulting. We have extensive experience in Technical, Managerial, Environment & Business Consultancy, as well as in conducting Technical and Management training and certification programs, developing environmental action plans, and designing management systems.

At Elegant we have a sound understanding of the problems facing companies in developing economies. In particular, we have specialist knowledge and experience of the business environment and market demands and trends in the Middle East.
